Once again it's been a while. But while I'm not really commenting on stuff at the moment, I am at least keeping an eye on people's stuff and taking a look. Never again will my dA be over 3000 entries big. Recent times have been hard. I've spent the last few months fiddling with my computer due to various hardware and software changes and crashes. I've gone through a couple of OS changes before finally settling on a dual boot Linux/Windows 7 set up, one of my hard drives died on me a couple of weeks ago - causing me to lose about 1TB of data - and various other things. So, a couple of weeks ago I lost that job I got. Without going into too much detail (it's a long and complicated story): I get employed, government proceeds to announce cuts to council budgets, and since I'm effectively paid by the Lancaster City Council, I am laid-off. On the plus side, I'm getting severance pay until the end of December. Yep, I'm being paid to do nothing! On a brighter note, I once again have time for drawing and have sketched about 3 drawings so far, with more likely to come. How many I'll actually complete is another story, but meh. On another bright note, I'm planning on moving house in summer, and it's a good house.

It only took me a year and two months to get it, but there it is, I have a job. I'm a General School Assistant. I'll likely be starting in the next week or two. Real life strikes again eh? But I am keeping up with dA. At the very least I'm making sure my inbox isn't filled up with hundreds, or even thousands of things to check out, making occassional comments on things, and such. Haven't drawn for a few weeks, obviously. Life has been busy again, what with the start of the new Uni term, and thus my work with the society. But the juices are still flowing, been getting plenty of ideas, just not been putting pencil to paper.  Well, until now.
